So, if you have an appetite for delicious Italian dinners, eat at Caragiulos. For dinner is available the crispy lobster arancini, knife and fork bruschetta, calamari fritto misto, meatballs al forno, mussels calabrese, chicken liver mousse and avocado bruschetta. Mrs. Caragiulo herself makes our biscotti. Our famous roast beef and avocado salad features goat cheese fonduta, orange, shallot vinaigrette, local lettuces and toasted pistachios. The grilled chicken Sicilian caesar has local kale, romaine, raddichio, fried capers, golden raisins, shaved parmigiana and Casear dressing.

Several pastas and soups are also on the menu. Our lasagna al forno has bolognese and besciamella. Our wedding soup is made with spinach stracciatella and piccolo meatballs.

Also on the menu is fish, chicken, meat and pizza.

For dessert, guests can choose from the mini chocolate chip cannoli, coffee and donuts, spumoni sundae, Chiara’s tiara misu and Nutella cheesecake.
