In 1989, Tony Caragiula took all five of his sons down to Florida to find the perfect place for an authentic Italian restaurant. After being stuck for two weeks in a car, we had found no prospects and blood pressures were very high, It all came to a head when our father pulled over the car on Palm Avenue, seemingly at random.

“This is it,” he declared, gesturing to the stucco building destined to become Caragiulos. And we have been here ever since.
