Caragiulos-Fine Italian Food in Downtown Sarasota

When visiting in the Sarasota, Florida area you owe it to yourself to visit Caragiulo's Italian restaurant at 69 South Palm Avenue. Here you will discover that you are part of the extended Caragiulos family and you are invited to share in the love, laughter, good food and memories.

The Caragiulo family moved to Florida 21 years ago with the express desire to open a true Italian restaurant. The move was the beginning of a new era of dining adventures that would soon make it known that Caragiulos-Fine Italian Food in Downtown Sarasota was the place to go.

Tony Caragiulo and his family are responsible bringing a true taste of Italian life to Sarasota. They have created a unique eatery where each day there are delightful foods and warm friendships that are served in equal measure. The menu contains dozens of home cooked dishes that are the essence of the comfort foods Italian-Americans have come to know and love.

Fresh baked biscotti, flavorful flatbread and other bakery items are created from scratch each day at the restaurant. Even the mozzarella cheeses are freshly made by the Caragiulo clan.

Crispy, calamari topped salads, Panini sandwiches, pizzas and other delectable dishes are available for lunch and dinner. Eggplant parmagian, freshly stuffed ravioli, and herb crusted prime rib are just a few of the different entrees that are featured. At Caragiulo’s each and every course is lovingly and perfectly prepared to your satisfaction.

There are also a variety of drinks to pair with your meals. Tea, water and fruit drinks are offered as well as wines, beer and Sicilian Sangria.

For dessert you have the opportunity to try such homespun Italian delicacies as chocolate chip canola or honey ricotta cheesecake. Either of these menu items will certainly satisfy any sweet tooth craving.
